A man has been accused of allegedly running a northern Adelaide drug lab has been refused bail.
The 45-year-old Paradise man will remain behind bars after detectives searched his residence on Tuesday and allegedly found a firearm and a clandestine laboratory.
He was arrested and charged with allegedly possessing a firearm without a licence, possessing an unregistered firearm, possessing ammunition without a licence, trafficking a controlled drug, manufacturing a controlled drug, possessing prescribed equipment to manufacture a controlled drug.
The man’s lawyer in court on Wednesday asked that his client be released on bail to care for his elderly mother.

The Paradise man will remain in custody until his court date in June next year.
